What personal information we collect and why
We collect personal data only in the following cases: 1) when the reservation is made by a private entity. We store the name and contact information (telephone or e-mail) in the reservation system, they are not displayed on the website. Data are collected manually, usually through a telephone or e-mail reservation, they are not bound to open a user account, etc.
2) When ordering and paying for a voucher on the website, personal data are necessary to identify the buyer, and we are obliged to register them in accordance with the Accounting Act and other legal regulations. Upon request, we will delete the data at any time, unless their retention is required by law.
Posting comments is not allowed on our website.
The contact form sends an e-mail according to the parameters filled in. The content of the form is not stored in the database, so it is equivalent to sending an e-mail.
You do not log in to our website, so we do not work with cookies in a form other than to ensure normal functionality of the browser. When ordering and paying for a voucher on the website, personal data is necessary to identify the buyer, while cookies are used for the functionalities of the cart and payments as the usual functionality of the online shop, without collecting additional analytical data and without linking specific personal data to our own or third-party code (Google Analytics).
