We collect personal data only in the following cases: 1) when the reservation is made by a private entity. We store the name and contact information (telephone or e-mail) in the reservation system, they are not displayed on the website. Data are collected manually, usually through a telephone or e-mail reservation, they are not bound to open a user account, etc.
2) When ordering and paying for a voucher on the website, personal data are necessary to identify the buyer, and we are obliged to register them in accordance with the Accounting Act and other legal regulations. Upon request, we will delete the data at any time, unless their retention is required by law.
