Original Bobsleigh Track
Important: Children under 8 years old may only ride with an adult. Watch the track, keep distances, and remain seated throughout the entire ride.
Who is allowed to ride on the track
- Children under 8 years old may only ride with an adult on one bobsled.
- Protective helmets are recommended for children under 12 years old.
Who is not allowed to ride on the track
- Persons under the influence of alcohol.
Safety Rules
- Riding on the bobsleigh track is at your own risk. Wear appropriate clothing. Reckless riding may cause injury. Always brake in time and approach the brake strip at the end of the track very slowly.
- Ride only at a speed that does not endanger yourself or others. Keep a distance of at least 25 meters from the rider in front of you, and at least 50 meters when wet. You bear full responsibility for any consequences if you collide with the rider in front of you.
- The operator is authorized to close the track when wet. The wet track can only be used with increased caution and with additional brake linings for wet conditions. Be aware of longer braking distances and lateral “floating” of the carts when wet.
- Do not stop on the bobsleigh track route.
- Always sit facing the direction of travel and do not turn around. Respect traffic signs and fully concentrate on the section of the track ahead of you, at least 25 meters.
- Hold the brake with both hands. Do not touch the track or the underside of the carts during the ride.
- Observe the appropriate or signaled starting intervals.
- Using cameras, photo cameras, and mobile phones during the ride is prohibited. Exceptions are unattended devices attached, for example, to the helmet.
- Remain seated throughout the entire ride. Exit at the upper exit station.
- By purchasing a ticket, every visitor agrees to comply with these operating rules. Failure to comply with the operating rules or staff instructions may result in exclusion from transport without compensation.
- No compensation can be provided for damaged or invalid tickets.

Who is allowed to ride on the track
- Persons from 8 years old with a height of at least 1.35 m may use the track independently.
- Children aged 3 to 7 years may use the track only together with older persons (8 years and older, at least 1.35 m tall). They must be familiar with the track and must be entrusted with responsibility by the person responsible for supervision/custody.
- Maximum load (capacity) of the bobsled is 150 kg.
Riding on the track is prohibited for
- Children under three years of age.
- Persons who, for example due to physical or mental limitations, cannot sit properly on the bobsleds or cannot control them properly. If necessary, the track may be used accompanied by specialists or a trusted person who then assumes responsibility for the affected disabled person.
- Pregnant persons.
- Persons under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol, drugs, psychotropic medications, etc.). Animals, bulky, sharp, or loose items may not be transported.
What to pay attention to
- Every passenger uses this sports facility at their own risk and must wear appropriate clothing.
- Choose a speed so that you do not endanger yourself or others. A minimum distance of 25 m must be maintained from the bobsled in front. Colliding with other bobsleds is strictly prohibited. The rider who hits a bobsled from behind is responsible for all consequences.
- Attention and caution must be increased when wet or icy.
- Reckless riding can lead to serious injuries. Always brake in time and ride at walking speed at the end of the track. Pay maximum attention and caution especially at the end of the track!
- Always look forward and keep the upper body facing the direction of travel; do not lean out.
- Pay attention to traffic signs and always concentrate on the section of the track ahead of you.
- It is necessary to follow staff instructions and the set starting intervals. Do not ride too slowly.
- Use of the track is only permitted with provided bobsleds. The safety belt must be fastened throughout the ride and must not be unfastened. The front pelvic belt is exclusively for securing the person sitting in front – never fasten the legs of the person sitting in the back with it!
- The taller person or the person riding alone always sits in the back and is responsible for safety. They always hold both hands on the brake levers and must always be able to brake in time. The person in front always has their hands on the handle. Never touch the track or the area under the bobsleds!
- Feet must be placed on the designated footrests throughout the ride (only one foot per footrest) of the bobsled. Feet must be bent.
- Do not allow loose clothing (caps, scarves, shoelaces, etc.) or long hair to approach the track or the wheels of the bobsleds!
- Entry and exit to the track is only allowed through designated entrances and exits. Users may start or end the ride only at designated places. In case of lift stoppage, remain calm, stay seated in the bobsled, and wait for staff instructions.
- Smoking and using mobile phones, cameras, etc. is prohibited throughout the ride. The passenger is responsible for any damage or loss of electronic devices.
- Accidents and any damages must be reported immediately to the operating staff.
- It is prohibited to: damage the system, operating equipment or bobsleds; create obstacles on the track route; operate the track without permission and also related equipment for track operation or prevention; perform activities without permission or engage in other activities that disrupt operation and may cause accidents.
- Under conditions that do not guarantee visibility of 25 m, during storms or at night, operation of the track must be suspended.
- It is necessary to follow staff instructions. Failure to comply with instructions and usage conditions will result in a ban on using the track.
- By using the facility, every passenger irrevocably agrees to these conditions. Recourse claims are excluded.
